John has been active in the industrial property market since 2010 and has been instrumental in facilitating well in excess of 500 sale and lease transactions from 500sqm to over 5,000sqm in his 10+ year career. John’s prior studies and experience have given him a thorough understanding of marketing, maximizing yields and ROIs, vacancy risk & minimization, development, valuation and asset management.

With over 10 years of industry experience within the Australian property market, John’s understanding of Commercial & Industrial Real Estate has seen him develop key relationships with clients at a national level. As a Licensed Estate Agent John’s specialisation is within industrial land sales, pre lease & general agency, commercial sales and leasing. John’s position within FAL Property Group and our affiliated Industrial Commercial Partners National Agency is to liaise with our corporate and institutional clients to advise, negotiate and transact.
