Phil has been working in the commercial property industry since 2002. He is the co-founder of FAL Property Group which started in 2007.

He has in-depth knowledge and experience in conducting successful sales & leasing campaigns for retail, office and industrial properties; as well as having years of experience heading the property management division of the company. As a director of FAL Property Group, Phil has been involved and conducted over 500 sales and leasing transactions. He’s had experience in leasing large corporate office space to leasing prime retail shops to franchises. He has conducted sales transactions from vacant possession offices and retail spaces; all the way to large multi-tenanted anchored retail shopping centres. Due to his contribution in many areas of the business, he has an all-round sphere of knowledge within the commercial property industry. He can provide advice on any aspect of the property life cycle from investing, divesting, repositioning or optimising.

Phil has been running the operations of FAL Property Group as a principal since 2007 and has always made a strong point to put his clients first to provide a service second to none. When it comes to selling or leasing a property, know that you have the right person in the company dedicated to your asset.

Phil led the company to multiple achievements including now being the fastest growing agency in Queensland, making the AFR Fast 100 list for 2017, AREA 2016 & 2017 company finalist, the only 2017 AREA award winner in Qld for excellence in customer service, 76% growth in FY17 and joining the Industrial Commercial Partners national network as the only Queensland member. On a more personal note, Phil is originally from Montreal, Canada; speaks French and is a keen skier and snowboarder.
